ARC MultiServices, Inc. is a multi-service corporation that specializes in delivering high quality consulting and solutions to service based businesses, educational institutions and non-profit organizations. ARC is the parent company for ARC Education.  

The essence of ARC is to provide service excellence to empower our clients.  We know that great service is not simply a task or delivery. We aim to help our clients define their needs and meet or exceed those needs.  Our trademarked business model, Insight. Solutions. Service.TM, gets to the core of our client’s needs and provides a clear pathway to empowerment and results. 

What differentiates us from other consulting and multiservice firms is our ability to use research based methods and our patented system, Blindspot TM,  for using qualitative and quantitative data to drive collaborative work.  We add value to our clients by increasing performance, building systems, and solidifying outcomes, while respecting the power of our client’s company culture.

Results: We understand the value of driving results.  The old way of consulting is billing per hour based on input.  We plan for results from the onset and emphasize outcomes.  Those outcomes set the stage for analysis and future actions.
